"First of all, I am grateful to go to semifinal. In the second set, Kido/Markus played well and seemed to enjoy the game and gave us troubles," Ahsan said.
"But in the third set, we started to give pressure and win," Hendra added.
Expected to defend the last year's title, Hendra/Ahsan admitted that is not a pressure. It is not going to be easy since men's doubles are all almost equal, especially both players are top seeded apart from Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir.
"We play for ourselves, we focus to ourselves," Hendra said and felt sorry at the same time since Indonesia has only two envoys in semifinal of BIOSSP 2014.
"I know, now is not the same, the competition is tight. Indonesia should have been able to send more envoys in quarter final," said Ahsan.
"In the future we must work harder and train young players as well as send them to various competitions," he hoped.
