The Blibli Indonesia Open 2018 has entered the second day and the enthusiasm of the Indonesian badminton fans coming to Istora Senayan remains huge. There are many exciting matches to be played on the second day, including the match that will be participated by the fans’ favorite, Kevin/Gideon who will play against their senior Ahsan/Hendra. Most of the supporters came early to Istora senayan and planning to stay until the last match of the day.

Most of the supporters who come to Istora have their eyes glued to their gadgets while waiting for important moments to happen on the field. Therefore, all they need to keep their gadgets on and avoid the battery to run out of power is a charging station. The fans may bring their own power bank as a solution but power bank’s capacity is limited. Most of the fans need a charging station located close to them. Thus, the organizer of Blibli Indonesia Open 2018 provides two charging stations located on the northern and southern part of Istora to ease the fans’ mind.

“We arrived here early to avoid the traffic jam, and we will go home after the last match of the day. We only bring our own charger to keep our gadgets on, but we are more than happy that there is a charging station in Istora,” as expressed by Desianti who come all the way from East Jakarta.

Other than being the place to charge the fans’ gadgets, there are few other facilities provided within the charging stations. There are 13 big cushions available within the station which is covered by synthetic grass mat where fans can hang around the station.

“The facility provided is very good, we can charge our phones while resting our legs and eat some snacks,” said Desianti

The organizer of Blibli Indonesia Open 2018 hopes that the facilities that are specifically provided to ease the supporters will make Istora Senayan feel like a second home to them.
