“We held this event because we want to explore Indonesian youth’s talent in synchronized walking event, that is strong youths who are trained in such a way to make the nation proud, which coincide with the theme of the event that is Pride of nations,” as expressed by Riki Rinaldi, the chief officer for the event.

On the first day (3/7), there are 4 high school teams scheduled to perform, namely SMAN 6 Jakarta, SMAN 1 Ciseeng Bogor, SMAN 94 Jakarta, SMAN 1 Patok Beusi Subang. These four school teams are showing their best performance for today’s event while the remaining teams are scheduled to perform on the 4 th and 5 th of July 2018.

The event is very positive and provides opportunities to all participants, especially to those coming all the way from outside Jakarta just to show their capability in Jakarta. Blibli.com especially invites them without any fees and they only have to submit administrative documents to participate in this event. Not only that the high school teams invited are not burdened by any fees, but they also will also use this opportunity to show their best performance to represent their schools.

“Yes this is good, very good. Furthermore, Blibli.com invites us all the way from Subang to perform in Jakarta. Not only that this (event) is free of charge, we only have to submit administrative documents and the rest are handled by Blibli.com team,” as expressed by Billy, the coach of SMAN 1 Patok Beusi Subang team.

This event provides chance for all participants to meet the other performers from other schools from different regions and they also have the chance to show their capability in front of the Blibli Indonesia Open 2018 crowd. Therefore, this is something that each participant can be proud of, even though they remain clueless on who will be crowned as the champion. The result will be announced on Friday (6/7) along with the marching band event.
