Watching badminton matches in the stadium certainly offers a different atmosphere than watching them through television. Moreover, ones adrenaline will be pumped after hearing the chants and the roars of the Indonesian badminton fans in supporting their favorite players.
“This is my first time attending Indonesia Open I have always watched the tournament through television. I can feel the difference, it’s fun and exciting. Furthermore, the supporters are very impressive, thus I can feel the thrills,” said Laura.
This maybe her first time watching Indonesia Open in Istora, but she admits that she can feel the difference in the atmosphere in comparison to watching it through television. Laura claimed that she has no favorite player, but she supports all Indonesian players competing in this tournament to win the title in front of the home crowd.
“I support whoever plays the match, but it is certain that I support all Indonesian athletes,” Laura adds.
Laura is planned to work in a new movie project along with Dion Wiyoko. The movie which tells the story of Susi Susanti & Alan Budi Kusuma will show the heroic story of Susi and Alan to all future generations.
“We are planning to start working on the project by August 2018 and hopefully it will be released next year. Wish us luck,” Laura said.
We shall anticipate this movie as it will tell the story of top Indonesian badminton players on their golden era and hopefully this will motivates all athletes to achieve more in the future.
