Upon arriving at the stage, the supporters got hysterical after one of the Kahitna’s personnels greet the audience. Not long after that, the band that has a lot experience started the set by playing ‘Tak kan terganti’. All supporters started to sing along, and the atmosphere in the stands got very lively with the lights from the supporters’ phone.
The atmosphere started to get livelier as Kahitna started playing their third song, ‘Cantik’. Whenever Hedi Yunus sang ‘cantik’, the women supporters start to respond to the song by saying ‘apa’. What a fantastic moment that was.
In the fourth song, Kahitna invited the supporters to boost their spirit. Hedi Yunus and Co. started shouting “Indonesia…..” and it was followed by the replies from the supporters. The atmosphere got a bit calm when Kahitna played their cover version of ‘Mantan Terindah’ by Raisa, immediately all supporters started to sing along again, Istora was enchanted by a romantic atmosphere.
During the last song of their set, Kahitna played their hit song, ‘Cerita Cita’. The atmosphere changed since the fourth song, during this song the supporters stood up and danced to the rhythm of the song. Five songs that were played by Kahitna in Istora have really pleased the supporters who have crowded the venue since 1 P.M.
After playing their fifth song, Kahitna claims that they are feeling very proud to be able to play in a tournament of this magnitude. “It’s an honor for us to be able to cheer up the atmosphere before the final matches. The atmosphere is very exciting and the sound helped our performance,” said Yovie Widianto, one of Kahitna’s performance.
Furthermore, Yovie commented about the match that will bring Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan and Kevin Sanjaya/Marcus Gideon together. According to him, the match will be tight.
