It is not easy to be a champion in Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier (DIOSSP). But Lee Chong Wei proved his worth by winning his fifth title at Senayan stadium, Jakarta, Sunday (16/6).

Playing against Germany's Marc Zwiebler, Cong Wei was not too

ambitious to win his title even though he was passionate to win the fifth title in Indonesia Open.

His passion has been proven. In a straight game, Zwiebler was defeated
with 21-15, 21-14. There he gets his fifth title. As he's planning to
end his career after 2016 Olympic, Chong Wei tries to avoid injuries
which often troubled him.

"Never had I expected the success after being absent in the tourney
last year. Thanks for the fans, it's because of their presence I was
able to win. I hope next year I can be here," Chong Wei, the number
one player in the world's men's singles stated.

The result he received in DIOSSP 2013 becomes his fifth title.
Previously, he had won several titles in Indonesia such as Indonesia
Open in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011. The result is nearly equivalent to
his arch rival and best friend, Taufik Hidayat, who has won six
titles.

Chong Wei realized that at 31 years old, it is not easy to perform,
well like the old days when he was younger. Chong Wei, whose nickname
is Datuk, said that Indonesia should be proud of having Dionysius
Hayom Rumbaka and Tommy Sugiarto as the next world class players.

"Hayom and Tommy play well. I hope they can be more enthusiastic in
preparing the World Champion and such events. They must improve their
abilities with their new coach," said a badminton player who has as on
named Kingston Lee.
