Face Painting Sparks DIOSSP 2013

The love of Indonesian people to badminton is one of a kind. Every year, Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier (DIOSSP) 2013 attracts thousands of visitors to Senayan stadium. They show their supports by chanting slogans, costumes and face painting.

BWF considered that the tourney was the best badminton event in 2012. The predicate was not judged by not only the event but also the public enthusiasm in DIOSSP 2012.

Longing for the last year’s success, DIOSSP 2013 organizer also
provided face painting booth in the outdoor area. Not only Indonesian
supporters but also the other country’s fans do also paint their faces with red and white color as a form of support and love to Indonesia or
the motherland of the media crew.

Besides square shapes as in a real flag, the visitors of the stadium can also choose other shapes such as stars, heart or full face
painting.

Those who prefer not be painted with flags, flowers, animals and stars
are the options to be picked. The contestants of Supporter Competition
tend to paint their faces as well which add more sparks in Pride of
The Nation themed DIOSSP 2013.
