Juliane Schenk Likes Senayan Stadium

A germany's women's singles, Juliane Schenk, to play in eighth finals of Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier 2013. She ensured a ticket to quarter final after winning over Eriko Hirose in a three set match, 21-8, 19-21 dan 21-14.

"In the match, I was quite overwhelmed when she won the second set, but I perfomed well in the third set," she said after the match.

Schenk stated playing at Senayan stadium has made her proud. She also said that the crowds at the stadium  are the greatest. "They were chanting, clapping, one of the best tournament enthusiasts I have ever seen, and I'm very happy to perform in front of such crowds," she added.

In quarter final, she's playing against Tai Tzu Ying. The young Taiwan's athlete succeeded in defeating Yui Hashimoto from Japan with 21-16 and 21-19.

"For the upcoming match, I do hope I can perform well. Loads of factors that affect a match, especially our stamina during the match. I really hope I'm performing well in the match,"  Schenk added.
