Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier (DIOSSP) 2013 event delivers thrilling matches from time to time.

One of them is the match between an Indonesia's mixed doubles Fran Kurniawan/Shendy Puspa Irawati and

Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir. Representing Indonesia, both of them were welcomed when stepping to the green court.
A match is a match. Those who are tough and have a good strategy will win. Tontowi, whose nickname is Owi, went smoothly to quarter final
together with his partner. Liliyana Natsir, or Butet.

The match between the two friends was ended with 21-12 12-21 11-21. Owi admitted that it was not easy to win the match this evening. “The first we were under pressure. In the second set, we could turn things around and enjoy the match. The third set, we performed with our styles and managed to win it," Owi told to the press after the match at a press conference.

Although playing against compatriots, he has no guilty feelings, a match is still a match. “This is a match. Indonesia also sends some pairs in this tourney. It is very normal," he stated.

Based on his last two matches, Owi who came alone to the press conference since Butet was having dopping test, said that their performance wasn't in the best shape.

“Our performance han't found its best shape. We are still getting to know the court due to our absence yesterday. The wind blew during the match was pretty disturbing. The wind wasn't this hard last year," Owi commented on his performance so far in DIOSSP 2013.

To face Peng Soon Chan/Liu Ying Goh tomorrow, they are to anticipate the Malaysian players' rally. "We will do our best tomorrow. Having lessons to learn from the last year match, we are confident in winning a title this year," he added.
