Both players previously met at Thomas Cup 2016 several weeks ago when Denmark fought against Indonesia. Jan managed to stun Anthony and make Denmark lead 2-1 over Indonesia and subsequently won 3-2.
Interviewed at a press conference on Sunday afternoon (29/5) at Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, Anthony said he was ready to score back.
"I am quite ready for this, especially taking on Jorgensen in the first round. I learned a lot from the previous defeat in Thomas Cup final. I am ready to pay back," Anthony stated.
The player who was born in Cimahi, October 1996 admitted Jorgensen has more experience which makes him more controlled.
"The opponents in this tournament are not easy for sure, especially the first player I will face in the opening match, he has is more experienced and more calm in the court. But I am ready than before," he added.
