There's A Ghost At Senayan Stadium

It's not a "common" ghost, Pocong ghost (a kind of local ghost depicting the dead) is not scary, the visitors applauded for the ghost.

 

Either amazed or frightened, 20 pocong ghosts shouted as aform of support for Indonesian players performing in Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier (DIOSSP) 2013.

Yup, they are Indonesian supporters taking parts in badminton
supporter competition held by the organizer of  DIOSSP 2013. The pocongs are Paramadina college students, Jakarta. Amazingly, the ghosts wore red and white outfits.

“Pocong is an Indonesian tale. The red and white symbolizes the
Indonesian flag. This is to show that we live and die for Indonesia,"
Eggy, an IT student in the university,  said.

That's one of students' creativity to win more than 30 million Rupiahs
prize money. After being through selection phase, 23 teams were chosen
to compete with fellow college students from around Indonesia to
become badminton supporters.

Every team requires a theme with supportive attributes. The cool part
is, every team is funded by the organizer, given 1 million IDR
to equip themselves with attributes. According to one of the visitors,
Yuli from Jakarta, seeing the supporters in actions is one of the
moment she was waiting for. It's fun to watch their attributes,
besides, their support shown can amaze the whole stadium.

 “It is very cool. The stadium was very festive since their chanting
slogans could create excitement for us," she said.
