This result means that Jindapol has secured a spot for her in the quarter-final stage of Indonesia Open.

South Korea’s key women’s singles player, Sung Ji Hyun was defeated by Chen Yufei (CHN) in the semifinal with the score of 23-21, 21-18, 21-23 within the course of 84 minutes during the Blibli Indonesia Open 2018 tournament which was held in Istora Senayan Jakarta.
